Under normal circumstances, HPD Officers are paired up with underprivileged children who are then escorted around the store to shop for themselves and their families with a donated Target gift card. This year, due to COVID, we will be set up outside the store where the children and their families will do a ‘drive-up’ to receive their gifts curbside.
