The Pacific Outpost of the 501st Legion is a volunteer organization and does not accept payment for appearances. If you would like to make a donation instead of payment, please see our charity page for more information. Our membership comprises volunteers, most of whom hold full-time jobs outside of their Outpost activities.

Our ability to satisfy an event request depends on several factors, including the availability of members, location and time of the event, and the significance of the event. Events that directly or indirectly benefit the community and/or charity organizations generally receive a better chance of a Pacific Outpost appearance. As a general rule, the Pacific Outpost does not appear at events or functions that are non-Star Wars-related unless coordinated through Lucasfilm Ltd.

Anyone submitting a request through this form should be someone who has authority over the event and should be over 18 years of age.

The Pacific Outpost focuses on Star Wars villain characters. We recommend inquiring with our sister organizations, the Mandalorian Mercs and the Rebel Legion, should you wish a larger variety of Star Wars characters at your event.

Because of the time, effort, and cost that goes into our costumes, we prefer the younglings in attendance to be under adult supervision for the event. At any point during the event where our volunteers do not feel comfortable, we may decide to end our attendance early. Hopefully, with your cooperation, our members can volunteer their time in a safe and comfortable environment while providing enjoyment to kids and fans alike.

Also of note, at the request of Lucasfilm Ltd., it is the policy of our organization to refrain from any dueling, mock fighting, or demonstrations between the characters and the public and among the characters in a public setting where injuries could occur.

Per Lucasfilm Ltd request, we can no longer accept requests such as, but not limited to, birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
