Unity Day is a nationally recognized event created by the National Bullying Prevention Center. Since 2011, students have pledged every October to help stop bullying by spreading awareness through the use of the color orange. Students receive orange wristbands from the Peer Education members when they pledge and fill out a star to “Be a star against bullying”.
