Every year, the Kāneʻohe Marine Corps Exchange hosts a Halloween event for friends and families with base access. This year they will have a haunted house, trunk or treat, and a 5k trick or treat race on-site which will start and end at the event. They will also be hosting Halloween costume kids, giveaways, door prizes, food and product sampling and more.
