Heroes and Helpers (Shop with a Cop)

The Hilo Target store hosts a “Heroes and Helpers” event where 100 children and teens are matched with volunteer elves and heroes, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, and members of the military. This year, 100 different children and teens will be selected by Catholic Charities to participate, and will be given $100.00 to spend in the store to purchase items for the Christmas season. Volunteers will wrap gifts at gift wrapping stations outside the store.
