Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Great Strides

This annual fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has been held virtually the last 2 years due to covid. The event is an opportunity for the cystic fibrosis community in Hawaii to gather safely outdoors to celebrate the progress that has been made in the treatment of cystic fibrosis and to look ahead as we continue the drive for the cure. The organizers are excited this year as they move the event to a new location. The cystic fibrosis community has long worn masks, social distanced, and used hand sanitizer due to bacteria that can be harmful to those with cystic fibrosis. This also led many in the CF community to take extra precautions during the pandemic.
